EezzyNour Energizer (Dates and Bananas)

300ml milk (can also use natural yoghurt).
6 dates (remove the seed).

2 bananas (peeled).
 A pinch of ground cinnamon.
1. Cut the fruits into small chunks.
2. Put into blender.
3. Add milk or yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a  glass.
5. Sprinkle with the ground cinnamon.

Provides long-lasting energy.
