Homemade DIY mask for normal to dry skin

Pamper your neck and face with this nutritious DIY mask.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt
1 pc of ripe banana
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of Manuka honey UMF 10+ or Tualang honey or Kelulut (Trigona spp) honey
3 drops of ÉCLAIRÉ Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil

Preparation:
1. Mash thoroughly the banana and the egg yolk with a fork in a bowl.
2. Pour yoghurt and honey in the mixture. 
3. Mash, stir and mix well.
4. Drop ÉCLAIRÉ Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil in the mixture.
5. Stir and mix well.

How to use:
1. Apply the mask evenly with your fingers or mask application brush onto your face and neck area.
2. Avoid contact with eyes and eyebrows.
3. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
4. Thoroughly rinse off with luke warm water.
5. Pat the skin dry.
Note:
You can also use this mask for your hair and body.

EezzyNour Parsley Skin Toner

Parsley is a species of Petroselinum in the family Apiaceae.
Items you need:
A large bunch of fresh green parsley.
A kettle full of boiling water

Method:
1. Chop the parsley roughly-leaves and stalks
2. Place the chopped parsley in a bowl.
3. Pour over a kettle full of boiling water.
4. Leave the parsley to steep until the water is completely cool.
5. Strain off the liquid.
6. Bottle the liquid and keep the parsley skin toner in the refrigerator overnight before use.

EezzyNour Aromatherapy Baths

How to prepare aromatic bath: 
1. Shut the bathroom door.
2. Fill up the bath tub with warm water.
3. Scatter 6 drops of essential oil (or refer essential oil recipes) into the bath water.
(Note: As they evaporate quickly, add them at last moment.)
4. Disperse the oils as much as possible.
Note:
  • Essential oils are only partially soluble in water and can be diluted by adding them to a carrier oil (see below).
  • You can mix 6 drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of a carrier oil (see below) for a moisturising bath.
  • You may use milk, honey or a bath salt mixture as a carrier.
  • You can also use unscented foam bath and luxurious bath oil bases (refer below) for easy dispersion of the essential oils.
5. Stay in the bath for about 20 minutes (or as long as you wish). You can burn some candles and play some soft music. Relax and enjoy your bath!

List of Carrier Oils.
1. Sweet almond oil.
2. Peach kernel oil.
3. Calendula oil.
4. Grapeseed oil.
5. Apricot kernel oil.
6. Jojoba oil.
7. Wheatgerm oil.
8. Evening primrose oil.
9. Palm Oil 
10. Sunflower Seed Oil
11. Virgin olive oil
12. Virgin coconut oil

or you can use base oils..

General base oil recipes.
80 ml sweet almond oil.
15ml Refine Éclairé Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil
5 ml wheatgerm oil.
5 ml jojoba oil.
5 ml peach kernel oil.
5 ml virgin olive oil
5 ml virgin coconut oil 

Mix well the oils. 
Store in tight amber glass bottle or HDPE bottle.

Luxurious base oil recipes.
50ml jojoba oil
20ml evening primrose oil
15ml Refine Éclairé Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil
10ml calendula oil
5ml apricot kernel oil
5ml peach kernel oil
5ml wheatgerm oil 

5 ml virgin olive oil 
5 ml virgin coconut oil

Mix well the oils. 
Store in tight amber glass bottle or HDPE bottle.

Essential oil recipes
A. EezzyNour Detoxifying essential oils

4 teaspoons of Epsom salts (can get from Pharmacy)
2 teaspoons sea salts or Himalayan salts
1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Mix well all of these.
2. Add the essentials to the mixture.

2 drops Lemon
2 drops Juniper
2 drops Cypress
2 drops Refine Éclairé Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil

The mixture to be added into bath water.

B. EezzyNour Passion essential oils

2 drops Refine Éclairé Cellnergic Youth Elixir Vitamin E Oil
2 drops Ylang Ylang
2 drops Sandalwood
1 drop Rose
1 drops Jasmine

The mixture to be added into bath water. 

Note:

Pure essential oils should always be treated with great care. Use sparingly. They are highly concentrated and should never be used undiluted.

EezzyNour Honey Yogurt Mask

Relax and pamper your face with this simple and easy honey yogurt facemask..

Things you will need:
2 tbsp natural plain yogurt
1 tbsp pure manuka honey





How to make the honey yogurt mask?
  1. Place the yogurt in a small bowl.
  2. Add honey. Mix well.
  3. Wash your face with luke warm water. Pat dry.
  4. Apply the mask evenly to your face and neck.
  5. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Rinse off the mask thoroughly with warm water. 
  7. Pat dry your face with a face towel.      
  8. Note:
    1. May be used once a week.
    2. If your skin sensitive to the ingredient, consult your doctor first.

EezzyNour Tomato and Oatmeal Mask

Nourish and pamper your face with this natural mask..

Things you will need:

1 tsp oatmeal
 1 over ripe tomato
 1 tsp milk
 How to make the mask?
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender on low setting until smooth.
  2. Wash face with luke warm water.
  3. Apply the mixture evenly on face and neck, starting from your forehead down.
  4. Relax and leave on mask for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Rinse off mixture thoroughly using warm water.
  6. Pat face dry with a face towel.
Note: 
  • May be used once a week.
